Ideal candidates will have 4-6 years prior investment banking or private equity
experience. They will have proven expertise in M&A process execution, as
well as a desire and aptitude for new business development and client relationship management.

| Analyst: |
Ideal candidates will have strong personal, organizational, and quantitative
skills and a willingness to work hard. A degree from a top-tier university
or college and strong academic record is required.
